MARKETING DATA ANALYST

Our Data-Driven Performance division (Michelin Group’s Data Analytics center of excellence) provides data-driven solutions to accelerate eRetail growth.
To strengthen its team, we are looking for a MARKETING DATA ANALYST m/f on permanent contract! 👍

YOUR MISSIONS:

You will define, implement, track and analyze performance metrics for our clients’ websites. 🎉

👉 Ensure the collection of reliable and useful data, using tag management and digital Analytics tools (Elaboration of tagging plans, follow-up of their technical implementation and their acceptance, configuration of Analytics platforms)

👉 Make data accessible and understandable (definition of KPIs, analysis segments, and perspective benchmarks, creation of dashboards and automated reporting solutions)
👉 Track and measure business and marketing performance (traffic acquisition via SEO, emailing, adwords, on-site conversion with UX, sales, leads,…)
👉 Identify “best practices” as well as “paint points” and participate in the formulation of optimization recommendations, then measure their actual effectiveness in AB tests.

The qualities of our future collaborator ✊

With a higher education such as business school, sciences po, engineering school, passionate about UX and Data, you have a first experience of at least 2 years as a Digital Analyst, in consulting, agency or advertiser :

– You have technical knowledge of at least one Analytics tool, a tag management tool, an AB Test tool
– You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google ADS or Facebook ADS
– You are rigorous and precise and have an excellent understanding of the challenges and levers of digital marketing
– You have an analytical mind, which allows you to put data into perspective and give them a strategic and business scope
– You are fluent in English
